- I tried it for making some quick tutorials, and boom—it clicked around and it spits out these step-by-step guides with highlights and notes already added. then i could adjust the highlights and notes from there. I am in IT and every day lots of people ask me how to do things. i used to video it, then edit the video and it would take me 10-15 minutes., with wizard shot the guides are done in less than a minute

- Great user interface, easy to use. The only down side so far is that all screenshots are removed when I try to export as a PDF. This can be overcome by exporting as a Doc and then saving it as a PDF, but the extra step is annoying.

- Super easy to use. It is easy to show the clear steps, click by click of a process with images included. It saves time.

- It's pretty intuitive, loads fast and is free and that's why the tool gets 3.5 out of 5 for me. I'm testing it as I write this and have found that when it works, it looks great, but so far only works for short SOPs, if it takes more than a few minutes, it just stops working and I have to start again. Also works great if you have no identifying or confidential information in the SOP as blurring it while creating the SOP is very buggy. Sure, you can edit the pictures later on and add shapes like rectangles on top of the SOP pictures, but that adds time and does not guarantee that the original picture with the information you just covered won't live somewhere in a server. At the same time, have issues with: 1. The fact that the default privacy setting is set to PUBLIC (meaning it is even searchable by Google). 2. It asks us to leave a review to get rid of branding. 3. As said above, the blurring tool is buggy. NOTE: I understand this is a free tool that is attached to their HelpJuice platform and instead of making it internal, they made it available to the public. I'm not sure if they have plans of having this as a standalone, paid product in the future, but taking into account this is free, I'd be willing to pay a few bucks a month for them to spend time to work on the bugs and make this the best tool in their category (which I honestly believe they could).

- Really good free option for creating SOPs My only feedback and reason for the 4 star is because the default option for sharing is "Public" which can be a bit scary depending on the content being shared. Checked settings and didn't see any option to change that to "only me" or "only team"
