Downloads and organizes Zendesk ticket attachments
Created for Zendesk agents to:
1. Download all ticket attachments
2. Organize ticket attachments by ticket ID
Usage
1. On Zendesk, click the extension and all attachments are downloaded
2. Click on any ticket attachment and the attachment will be downloaded to a ticket ID folder
3. Modify the tickets sub-directory by:
a. Right-click the extension, select “Options”
b. Enter a sub-directory path, i.e. ‘tickets’
