• (2016-11-16) Ryan McGinnis: In short, it's a racket with no regard for their customers. I purchased the software and they lost all of my data. Called to report the issue and after no change in my service and days calling and emailing the company, they ignored all my efforts to reach them.

My students (I do too) love knowing their score so quickly, instead of having to wait for me to grade it, enter it into the gradebook, etc. There are very few things I would change...no system is perfect! It is nice that there is an educator price, but it limits 100 students and as many of us know our classroom sizes are enormous and at the secondary level most of us see more than 100 stduents a day! The yearly rate is cheaper, but most of us don't know where or if we'll be teaching next year which means month-to-month payments at a higher price. Overall: Very satisfied and will recommend to friends/colleagues.

• (2014-02-11) Kevin Aulow: Excellent app. I've used ProProfs Quiz Maker for years. Creating custom quizzes for your class is quick and easy. Once created I post links to the quizzes on my website. Reports can be sent to your email, viewed online, or downloaded as a spreadsheet file that you can manipulate. I now have a large database of quizzes that I can tweak as necessary for each group of students. I love ProProfs Quiz Maker.
• (2014-01-21) Mark Larkin: ProProfs is a great app. I have used it for 4 years. I am a High School Science Teacher. I use the quiz maker every day. I love the fact that pictures can be added to the questions. I also like the “check box” questions. This is a multiple-choice question that allow for more than one correct answer. I use the flash cards to help memorize ion names and formulas for chemistry. The best part, they take and implement suggestions. I believe ProProfs has increase student learning.

Each year, additional features have been added such as the ability to create category/standard tags for questions in a quiz or question bank. As a teacher in 1:1 school, I can now administer multiple versions of standards-based assessments. ProProfs allows students the opportunity to re-take assessments as well as giving each student a unique assessment. This has allowed my curriculum to become mastery-based. ProProfs also allows students to take control of when they complete assessments. Any hour day or night - the assessment is waiting at ProProfs. Since assessments no longer consume valuable class time, students can engage in more projects and lab experiences. I have recommended ProProfs to every teacher I have encountered who is looking for an online assessment tool. • (2013-11-12) Thomas Cormack: I have been teaching high school for nearly 30 years and using ProProfs for the past 4 years. ProProfs is the best quiz making software I have found. It is easy to make tests, easy for the students to take tests, provides immediate feedback for the students, allows for a variety of practice quizzes on the same subject by drawing random questions from a bank. It gives valuable data on how the students are doing individually, as a group, overall, and on each question. The development team is very responsive to suggestions and quick to remedy any problems. The software just gets better each year. It is revolutionizing my teaching.

• (2013-11-11) Barry Hoffman: I was introduced to ProProfs Quiz maker over 1 year ago and use it extensively and with great success with my 50 6th grade public school kids here in new York. The quiz maker software is such a valuable tool because of it's simplicity and the information it provides on what students know, don''t know, and how long they spent on each question. The ability to insert graphics and video is superb and the real gem is the ability to use open ended "essay" questions with the teacher able to respond. Kids cannot wait to log back in and check out the responses. This is unheard of any where! So many options to choose but not overwhelming. The app is tailored for the real teacher and student. The company listens to the feedback and makes it better and better. I have now started using it for my private tutor students and it shows me instantly what areas my students need help in and where they are progressing. Parents think it's incredible. The program is certainly a major contributor to the success we have been having with our new rigorous common core math as well as science. A highly motivated company that is passionate about education.
