PDF.js is een JavaScript-bibliotheek die Portable Document Format-bestanden rendert met behulp van de webstandaard-conforme HTML5 Canvas. De implementatie maakt gebruik van het Canvas-element van HTML5, wat snelle renderingsnelheden mogelijk maakt. Het wordt aangestuurd door de community en ondersteund door Mozilla Labs.

Neem uw bestanden mee: verbind bestanden met uw Dropbox-, OneDrive-, Google Drive- en Box-accounts om bestanden te delen tussen uw desktop en webapps.
Om met deze extensie te werken, klikt u met de rechtermuisknop op een link en klikt u vervolgens op het item - Openen en downloaden met PDF Viewer - in het contextmenu. De bestanden worden eerst "gedownload" en vervolgens "geopend" in een standaardviewer (degene die is ingesteld op de optiepagina). Houd er rekening mee dat het bestand wordt gedownload in de "standaard" downloadmap op uw computer.

- I love the fact that it's lightweight and runs smoothly. I open eBooks in my browser and it keeps track of where I left off. The interface is nice and simplistic. If it allowed you to add notes to documents this extension would be amazing.
