XPaint éditeur d'image et outil peintre est une extension web qui permet de traiter la plupart des formats d'image commun tels que PNG, GIF, TIFF, TGA, PPM, XPM, XBM, BMP, ICO, JPEG, JPEG2000, PGF. Il s'agit d'un programme de peinture adapté à la production de graphiques simples, mais il comprend également des fonctionnalités avancées comme les fonctions de traitement d'image, la gestion d'images multiples, et le soutien d'une grande quantité de formats d'image.
Ses principales caractéristiques sont:
