• (2025-05-12) Max Jaramillo: Half-part scammy / half-part poor tech. Two different sites (Pilot Poster and Post Partner) with different pricing already had my guard up. I thought I'd give it a shot. It barely works. AVOID.
• (2025-04-20) makativolleyball The MVB Club: The platform is very difficult to use. It looked great based on how it was described on the website, but in reality, it’s far from what was promised. They clearly oversold it on both their website and personal profiles. On top of that, getting customer support is extremely difficult. You’ll have a lot of questions, but they won’t give you complete answers. Don’t be fooled by the polished look of their website—it’s actually frustrating to use. You’ll just end up wasting your money.
• (2024-12-21) Chad Morgan: I started using the app and really liked it. Then I eaither lost my password or it just stopped owrking and you can not reset it. I reachout via the chat widgeta and email support to reagin access but no responce and it has been weeks. They were super responsive before I purchased and now nothing. I do not take it litghly that I have to give a 1 star review as I leave lost of reviews but never a 1 star.
• (2024-07-23) Al Moataz Bellah Mohammed: terrible experience that has not even started yet, zero guidance for people like myself who got acquainted with the app only minutes ago, tried the 1 month to test the waters and no one is even guiding me through accessing my account, no reply whatsoever, they do suck big time. If i am still at the threshold of this terrible experience, pretty sure it gets worse on the long run
• (2024-07-04) John Lowson: I downloaded a few months ago and thought what a load of tosh and cancelled, however decided to revisit it, it takes some working out, yes it is complicated and the lack of instruction somewhat missing.... But it does work ! Yes I've mastered it and to be honest the amount of time that this has saved me you wouldn't believe. So don't expect a walk in the park, it is quite a complex bit of software to navigate, but it is a "Game Changer" once you crack it !!!

Over 1 month trying to make contact and nothing except same email address of Vinod Rahshakha for support try's to sell new services! Get this one right and learn to debug JAVA script. I could go in to details of problems but it would take too long.

• (2024-03-14) Kyle Morgan: Since no other software on internet supports posting to groups anymore, I was looking for a software that would still work for me. I was a bit skeptical, but still bite the bullet and I'm so glad I did. This software turned out to be extraordinary. Not only am I able to post to my groups, I can also schedule posts to groups I have joined. There are just so many features, they have thought of everything to make postings happen organically without causing any issues. There is simply no other software like it. I highly recommend everyone who needs something like this to give it a try.

It does post to groups, even my joined groups and no other software in the market does that so obviously it would not be perfect, but it saves me hours of work everyday, how can that be bad? My only concern is about posting to groups as my business page which this software doesn't do, but they say it will be available in the future version, which I hope happens soon. Edit: It can now also post to groups as a business page!! Thank you for taking my suggestion into consideration.

When I sent few emails to the owner/customer support (yes different emails I can find) to ask for help, nobody got back to me. STAY AWAY and save your hard-earney $29 rather than trialling this 😤

It is tricky and does need some experimenting to get working and i always test to one of my own groups. Vinod doesnt reply to emails, well he did initially but i keep sending him suggestions to make it better and never get a reply. I often get emails about NEW projects he's doing so i think its a matter of its just him and he's got to many projects on the go. I'd prefer if he'd concentrate on getting this right first but clearly he wants to get loads of extensions out that barely work then tweak them whilst his customers who are paying substantial amounts of money beta test his work.. Not a good way to work as you just alienate your customer base with sub standard products. I've asked him many times now for the ability to click on a scheduled post and replicate it once a week/month. That way i dont have to copy and paste a new post each week, i can just leave it running on my server and know each week the post will go out. I get no reply! VINOD - If you are reading this.. if your bothered. treat your customers right and you will make more money.. Look at all the slightly negative reviews youve got.. how many sales do you think that has lost you? Love what you are doing but just tweak your approach to business. **** Update Dec 2023**** Post Partner NO LONGER works in anyway. It visits the group but doesn't post. Tried it on numerous computers but the same thing happens. I have send VINOD many many emails but never get a reply. I am cancelling my payment, shame as it was such a time saver. If it ever gets fixed i may consider returning. JUST LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS VINOD!!!! **** Update Jan 2024 **** Not sure if my threat of cancelling had anything to do with it but literally the day I posted the last update Vinod emailed users to say he was aware of an issue and they are working on a fix. The fix came soon after and I have to say it's worked flawlessly for 3 weeks. WELL DONE. This extension does work. The customer service has a lot to prove and only time will tell but for now i'm happy. I will keep updating this review as and when things change but as of 15th Jan 24 all is good.

• (2023-06-22) Alvin Luo: Subscribed for a month and initially the extension was working, then suddenly it didn't work. It will keep posting the same thing over and over again on the same group according to the time interval you set. Got a FB banned for 7 days restricted for posting. Initially Vinod does reply emails but when the extension didnt work, have sent him 3 emails to request for refunds, he wouldnt bother to reply. Contacted Stripe with no help. dont bother using it to save yourself troubles.

• (2023-01-26) Frank Musarra: Definitely not perfect but one of the better programs I've used. It also seems like they are getting better communicating with users. The repeat posting feature was one of the main reasons I purchased and has yet to be implemented. I receive emails with updates which is great. Highly recommend.

• (2023-01-26) Maveen K.: Being the only tool that does auto posting to Facebook groups, it had its shortcomings, but the team is very active in updating the tool from time to time and almost all issues are fixed by now. Yes, there are a few minor issues here and there but they don't matter as much compared to the benefits I get from this tool. I hope the team keep it working and keep adding new features. I will always be a loyal customer.

I was banned from 2 groups for just posting links and it double and triple posted to others no matter what the setting was. I will disagree with those who have not gotten replies. Vinod replied at first within hours and then later within 2 days but sadly the replies didn't change the fact that this extension does not work and has never worked. It makes me sad because this could have been a game changer for those of us who could have benefited. Vinod has my money, I have nothing and have stopped recurring payments today.
