本拡張機能のアイコンをクリック、またはコンテキストメニューにある「拡張機能のオプション」を選択すると、URLの設定が表示されます。
URLが設定されていない場合（デフォルト）には、空白のページが新しいタブを開いた時に表示されます。

- It won't let me select a local file for new tabs. I have my own custom page that I use, and I can't use it with this extension.
