The extension gives you a breakdown of how much time you spend on different websites. You can download a csv file that shows how much time you've spent on each tab, and how often you switch tabs. More updates to follow. In the focus mode, you can block certain sites so that you don't access them when you're deep in some important work. Don't forget the tactile audio feedback that you get.
