Claritysoft CRM for Gmail enables you to save both inbound and outbound Gmail messages to Claritysoft CRM. The Claritysoft CRM Extension is fully integrated with Gmail and provides the following capabilities
• Save inbound and outbound email to Claritysoft contacts with a matching email
• Save a copy of the Gmail message under all email recipients
• Add a new Contact if the sender email address is not found in Claritysoft CRM
• Save email attachments

- I'm trying to associate an email with an account. The account definitely exists because when I put the student's email in, the extension can find the account. But when I try to "find account" or "add account," no matter what information I put into the boxes, I get an error that read "you must select account"...except there's no accounts that are showing up to select. Additionally, there's no sort of UI responsive feedback to tell me what I could possibly be doing wrong. It's so frustrating.
