Dark Mode for websites: protect your eyes with a dark theme for night or daily browsing, ideal for work and reading
Dark Theme and Night Shift Mode automatically apply a Dark Mode and adjust the colors of your browser content to a warmer spectrum after dark, reducing eye strain and providing a more comfortable night reading experience.
This is a fork of the original Night Shift extension, now optimized for enhanced Eye Protection and Blue Light Filtering, and free from ad-tracking libraries.
⚡ You need to refresh all the tabs opened before enabling Night Mode. Alternatively, restart EDGE to refresh all tabs at once. Otherwise, Night Mode will work only with newly opened tabs.
⚡ As per EDGE Browser policies, Night Mode for EDGE cannot work on the EDGE Web Store or the browser's Home Page.
To see it in action, open any other website (e.g., google.com) after installing this extension and enjoy the benefits of Dark Theme, Reading Mode, and Screen Dimming

- Nope funkar inte. Alla bilder överallt blir som negativ i färgerna, surfar jag in på en sida med redan mörkt tema så blir den ljus istället. inga inställningar för att kunna välja vilka sidor man vill ha på eller av. Sorry men det funkar inte för mig

- Everything was good until I went to do the custom colors, and it gave my screen a light level of blue. The biggest problem is that the color I selected wasn't blue. If I knew how to speak to the people/person working on this, I would've about this issue instead of giving this thing a bad review.

- Horroroso. Lo único que hace es invertir los colores dándole completamente igual cuales sean. Si la página está en modo oscuro te la pone blanca, si algo es de color azul te lo cambia a verde. Desinstalada al minuto siguiente.

- Works as intended, but with a slight problem. It doesn't detect if a page is already in dark mode, & some parts of a page that are dark will be inverted to white, which kind of defeats the purpose of this extension, but at least I can use the color picker to tone down the white. At the very least it helps me to read a page without straining my eyes.

- Love it. The best dark mode extension I found because I can customize the darkness of the background. I just don't understand quite well how the color picker works. Also it seems to create a weird behavior on the google calendar web app that makes the rows stretch when hovering the cursor. Would be nice to have a blacklist option to exclude some sites.

- Нет. Это просто смешно. Начнём с того, что расширение инвертирует цвета, а не устанавливает тёмный фон. Т. е. белый становится чёрным, чёрный становиться белым, жёлтый становится синим и т. д. А закончим тем, что оно, по видимому, накладывает фильтр поверх всей страницы и цвета инвертируются даже в видеороликах. Это просто бред. -rep
