SOTA blocker

This is the chrome extension required for the SOTA productivity app, an app I made by myself to improve my productivity and as such, I gave it all the functionality I would want as a student. As of right now it is still in alpha, but expect more functionality to come as time passess, also, the extension can function as a standalone app, however it works best alongside the desktop app still in closed alpha.
