- It would be great to have a slider to adjust how much accent we want, making the audio more intelligible to anyone’s preference without diminishing the speaker’s natural accent. This could be done by allowing control over how much the altered audio is mixed with the original, or even handled entirely at the AI level to re-create a unique accent while keeping it clear and understandable.

- This...shouldn't exist. :/ I've been a multi-account paying user of Krisp for some time - the desktop app is easily the best tool for real-time noise removal and intelligent leveling. But great power comes with great responsibility! I realize that this capability has been in the desktop app for some time, though I never used it there either. By being applied as a free Chrome extension, this takes the beauty and diversity of YouTube and reduces it to people who sound...just like me. While I understand how this could look like a productivity gain on paper, it removes the unique personality behind other creators. Stripping away the unique characteristics of someone's voice is just wholly irresponsible and unkind. I love when technology can solve problems and build bridges between people - this is just one step too far. Let's do the *work* to understand one another more instead of falsely smoothing out those differences with software that cheapens their unique attributes. Understanding one another isn't always easy...but that's what makes us human.

- I've used every Krisp product since I learned about them in early 2020. I'm reviewing here the Accent Converter that just launched, not the original noise cancellation or later launched meeting note taker (Though I do use both). I just tried Accent Converter on a fitness video with a strongly accented personality that I enjoy and toggled on, toggled off, and it worked great. Wasn't terribly fond of the voice it uses, but knowing the team I bet they come out with better options. Another great launch!

- utter garbage. saw an ad for free youtube accent conversion. install the chrome extension, now I must install their app. in the end the extension says my "free trial" has expired. it's day 1. it never worked. this product is garbage.

- I've loved it in the past, but a very important meeting — that was recorded in the usual way, with no settings changes — did not save. It was an urgent need to have the recording. I came to trust the tool. I am now going to look at other options. I'm so sad about this.

- I'm honestly not sure what's the point of this extension. The only thing it does better is it doesn't record when you mute yourself so you only need to do it in one place instead of two. Other than that - no video recording support, doesn't communicate with the desktop app so you need to pause the app manually, no configuration options at all and it keeps logging itself out. I caved in and tried it because Krisp keeps advertising it everywhere but at this point it's a waste of time. Check how 1Password extension does it and try something similar.

- I have many issues with this extension, first it doesn't persist the user session, so everytime you have to re-login again, and the extension is useless as it doesn't record screen only transcript, i was depend on it for an important meeting that needs to be recorded but unfortuanily i missed that , also the extension does not any option at all you cannot change any setting from that extension this is why its useless. still depending on Krisp app as its doing its job well
