Auto Collapse for Tab Groups

Exactly what I was searching for, great work

still need to click on the site tab so that other unfocused tab will toggle

This extension, which I love, also collapses groups on other windows when selecting a tab within a group of another windows. Would be nice to automatically select the last active tab in a group when selecting a group.

Doesn't work on saved groups, which are the entire reason I was looking for a solution. For my use case, this is one star, and I've not seen it work as saved groups are all I use.

Works Flawlessly! Btw, i found this extension looking for another. I like this extension but i was thinking also its a great idea if you can open a tab from a group and at the same time hide the others not used from the group you are in. If you know what i mean. Could you add that option? Or if not instead make another extension with this funtionality?

Just what i needed, thanks for creating this extension

I love the idea of this for focusing tabs while context switching, but since saved groups came out I use them heavily, and this extension unfortunately doesn't support collapsing a saved group, and I'm not willing to trade off benefits of saved groups to get auto collapsing. If updated to support working on save groups would be a 5 star for me, I like a simple just collapse groups you're not actively using function.

Would be nice if there was a noption to disable it (temporarily, for the current session). Otherwise, does exactly what it's supposed to 👍

Awesome extension, works like a charm! It'd be nice if there was a way to disable it temporarily - like a click on the extension icon in the bar to toggle auto-collapsing (sometimes you just have to jump between the groups but disabling/enabling the extension itself is not easy at all). Thanks for the work!

I'm not sure where to file bugs, so I'll do it here. Everything works perfectly except when switching tabs using the Tab Search (Cmd+Shift+A), if the tab I'm going to is from another tab group, the previous tab group doesn't collapse (basically the extension doesn't work in that scenario.) It'd be amazing if that could be fixed. Thank you!!

Minor issue: often a small artifact shows up to the right of the last auto-collapsed group (example here: https://ibb.co/mFRv9QY). It seems that a bit from one of the tab icons in the group stays visible after the group is collapsed. Using Chrome 102. It would be nice if this extension worked better together with the "Open Last Tab" extension. As it is, the two extensions kind of work together, but nor perfectly.

Works as described and can be useful. I would love to be able to limit the collapse to just one window, instead of all Chrome windows. When using multiple monitors with multiple windows and groups, I often want to look at 2 different windows at the same time. It would be helpful to only collapse groups within one window, not across all windows, thus keeping one group expanded in each window at all times.

Want to use it, but it just isn't working for me on Chrome 95 at all. I've tried disabling/re-enabling, creating new groups, etc. Nothing. Maybe just maybe I'm different because I'm using a pair of chrome profiles? Extensions are enabled separately on each. I've got it on both profiles, but neither of them work.

Works well! Two options that would make it perfect for me: 1. Auto-collapse all but last active tab (this is handy when you are referencing and moving back and forth between two tabs) 2. Auto-collapse timer (prevent collapsing right away, helpful for misclicks)
