Why do CS:GO players tilt their keyboards when they play?
Back in the early days of competitive LANs, the desks used to hold your equipment was way too small to fit the whole keyboard, mouse, sometimes computer and even the monitor. In return, many players tilted their keyboards by a specific degree which was comfortable to them, and as the years went on, they stuck to that (e.g., friberg, Get_Right, f0rest, etc.).
How accurate is the game CS:GO? Would they only send in a team of five well-trained individuals to deal with five terrorists?

I would say it’s very, very unrealistic. There is just no way anyone would send in swat (or whatever) under those circumstances. It would almost guarantee losses of life and a fair chance of failing the task.
I am in no way knowledgeable about police routines, but I guess there would be armored cars, sniper support, helicopters and a massive numerical advantage before it was even considered sending people in.
To add to that, what are the terrorists even doing? Planting a fairly tiny bomb in one of two locations (both of which are equally valuable targets apparently) and then wait for 45 seconds? Why not just run away and detonate the bomb as soon as you are in cover? Or just blow yourself up for that matter?
It’s not made to be realistic, it’s made to be good gameplay.
