Translate Hebrew to English and English to Hebrew by just hovering the mouse over a word using Morfix translation.
Also has options to let you translate by: Ctrl-Click or Shift-highlight and other options, too!

It was great, but then it just... stopped working on my desktop. It still works on my Chromebook, but not on my desktop, where I am most of the time. I don't know why. I tried disabling my other tooltip extensions and nothing changed. I'll try to work through disabling my other extensions, but it's frustrating for what was such a simple solution, especially one with niqqud markings.

Doesn't seem to work. No matter how I set the options the tooltip just flickers and doesn't show a translation. Only other extension installed is Xmarks.
