La extensión obliga al video a recargarse en la resolución elegida. Ten en cuenta que, si seleccionas una calidad superior a la disponible en HBO Max, la extensión recargará automáticamente el video con la mejor calidad disponible.

- (2023-04-02) Christopher Chin: Seems to work okay on initial use. HBOMax was capping my vids pretty hard even with fiber. This extension instantly made it better (after a Chrome restart) and then works fine with forced quality changing.

- (2023-02-22) Robert: Hi. Changing display resolution works fine for me. But if using this addon, somehow it changes 5.1 sound to just 2.0. Is it possible to fix this? Using this addon on MS Edge. Thanks EDIT: It does something with sound settings. As soon I use the addon, I lose 5.1.

- (2022-12-18) Devlin McMichael: Just wanted to leave this here for anyone having problems. Make sure you set the resolution in the extension, close chrome, reopen it, and THAN go to HBO max. This extension doesn't seem to update the resolution live. As for the app, it helped me tremendously. For some reason HBO Max on my desktop automatically sets the resolution to the lowest possible even though my internet and monitor are capable of 4K streaming.

- (2022-04-11) Timokim: Very useful extension! It works but you have one shot to set the quality. If you want to change it later the player sometimes won't allow it... Hope it'll be fixed soon. Also, some movies don't have all the quality options available, but I guess that's just how HBO works.
