- (2023-01-30) Molly Pfaff (Faculty Success Center): Keep in mind I've never tried the pro version, so I don't know how well the email feature works. 4 stars because it seems pretty functional and pretty close to something I could use, but as of this writing there's no highlight function (drawing freehand with a mouse is awkward), and no easy way to send annotations to notes. If I want to save a piece of text from an article, I have to select and copy the text, then exit the article and paste it into a note to save it for later. I can add text annotations right onto an article, and while those do appear to be searchable, they don't end up in my notes anywhere either: I have to reopen the article to find them, and then in my browser they're collapsed rather tiny so I have to expand each one to read it. I think the structure and searchability of notes is probably a lot better than Matter's, and I really like that this has reminders, and a pretty robust free tier. But Matter also has text to speech. Also, it's automatically marking all my new bookmarks as "read".
