Dark mode for Google Drive is here!
Simply install and the extension will automatically give google drive a slick dark theme.
You can toggle the dark mode on and off by clicking on the button next to the drive logo.

- Generally speaking, it mostly worked as expected so I'm glad. Update: Google deployed an official Dark Mode in Google Drive's website, under the "Appearance" setting.

- Both Search bar and "+ New" button remain white. I cannot see any letter when I key in any wordings inside the search bar. Seems like the color of the letter changed to white color but background of search bar is still remain as white color.

- Looks good and help me maintain dark mode consistency across all my online solutions. However, the "+ New" button in the upper left under the Drive icon appears as completely blank white button with no "+ New" text. It still works when I click on it but it doesn't say "+ New" so it looks weird. I'm using a Chromebox with the latest Chrome OS update.

- Yea, the page loads white before refreshing as dark every time. The New button is also completely white. Otherwise does what it says on the tin, but I still might forgo this plugin til those things are fixed.

- DARK MODE IS HERE! Thank you for this extension. One piece of feedback for the developers, it looks like the "New" button was missed. As noted in other comments, it becomes a big white box when dark mode is enabled.

- Dark mode is good, but still have problem for the search bar color, click the search show the text is white and the bar color is white too. so can't see anything when I have type.

- So happy this exists .. it's sad that Google, a company that talks about making things more diverse and inclusive hasn't created dark mode for ALL of their products both on the web and apps. Dark mode helps my eyes SOOOO much. My only issue (so far) is that as has been stated previously, I am unable to see anything I type into the search bar. Once this is updated then I will happily up my rating to 5 ⭐

- Almost perfect, but the search bar turns white when focused, making the light-on-dark text invisible since it does not switch to dark text.

- Looks really good. I think the developer fixed the recent issues. Almost everything has a dark background with white text. However, the "type" and "location" drop down menus still have a white background. But when you scroll through the options, they are readable due to highlight color.

- The main pane looks good in dark mode; unfortunately, the font colors seem to be universal, and the left nav retains a white background for me although the left nav's text becomes white. White on white is, um, not useful for navigation. Tried this for 1 minute, had to disable.

- Something changed, now left and top is all white and only the middle is Black. Can't read folders.

- App is broken currently. White background and font color remains the same as the reviews below state. Disappointing. It was pretty good when you did use it. Some glitches I noticed was when exporting. Some of the highlighted items I did in dark mode still showed an odd color in the PDFs mostly. Hopefully they see this and resolve it.

- what happened? it doesnt work like it used to be anymore, if you turn on the Dark Mode it will only turn the Body black and the rest are still white and the Font color remains black so i cant read what is what
