The app extension wasn't working for a while. I told them it was their fault that the app wasn't working. They said I was right, and their response is still in my email, but they didn't offer any solution. Then they made another charge from my expired card because a team member was added. I sent screenshots again, but they still didn't refund me. I asked for proof that a team member had been added. They couldn't provide anything. I only have one email address, and I was only using that one. Customer service is a service built on deceiving people. My lawyer is preparing for legal action. Don't buy it, don't use it, don't let others use it.

• (2025-04-24) Thomas: Cant say enough good things about this particular AI tool. I have Google Gemini Advanced (paid), Copilot (paid) and Sider.ai Pocket (paid) and this free tool does essentially the same thing as those, but with UNLIMITED free promts (and a limited amount of Pro prompts) and costs me NOTHING to use, all day. I don't exactly see how this is a sustainable business model, given how many resources and how much inevitable power usage and computational resources AI requires to run properly, but as they say, "Dont look a gift horse in the mouth" - whatever that's supposed to mean. I have to say that compared with the three paid services I am also using, this one stands out because of the UNLIMITED free (see: non-Pro) prompts I can generate with it, and the search results being up to par with three popular PAID service plans (two from a couple of the biggest names in tech for over 20 years (Copilot is Microsoft and Gemini is Google). It's functionality alone is worth looking into, as none (see, NONE) of the other free service plans include unlimited prompts. Before I found this (and got free subs for Gemini and Copilot) I was switching between 3-4 AI platforms daily just to keep being able to search. Now I know which one I'm sticking with once my other paid service plans dry up (I get a year on each Copilot, Gemini and Sider Pocket). Loving this one so far, and it only gets better as time goes on. Google search results have been undisputedly fractured since they implemented AI into everyday Google search results, but even Gemini (which is the AI that Google Search is augmented with) Paid can stand up to MaxAI. Looking forward to using this one for a looooong time to come! Thanks, MaxAI team for putting this together!
