ClickUp Task Tracker is a project management dashboard that gives your team full visibility into ClickUp tasks without switching tabs.

DAILY BOARD
See every active task across your tracked lists in one view. Tasks are grouped by status — To Do, In Progress, and Done. Each task shows its assignee, story points, work type, due date, start date, and an idle signal showing how long since the task was last touched. Overdue tasks and tasks that should have already started are highlighted automatically.

MISSING DETAILS
Find tasks with incomplete required fields instantly. Filter by No Description, No Work Type, No Due Date, No Start Date, No Story Points, or Unassigned. Narrow results by date range and list. Export the report to CSV.

TIME TRACKER
See how your team spends their time. View logged hours per member across Today, Yesterday, This Week, or a custom date range. Drill into task level breakdowns with status and last updated timestamps. Export to CSV.

IMPORT TASKS
Bulk create tasks in ClickUp from a CSV or Excel file. Download a template with your list custom fields included, fill it in, upload and preview, then create all tasks in one click.

HOW IT WORKS
Connect your ClickUp API token once in the Configure tab. Your token is encrypted with AES 256 before being stored locally on your device. It never leaves your browser except to make direct calls to the official ClickUp API. No server stores your token or your task data.

PRIVACY
Analytics are opt in and off by default. When enabled, only anonymous usage events are sent — no task names, descriptions, assignee names, or API tokens are ever transmitted.
