This easy to use app allows a user of the Dentally Patient Management system (https://www.dentally.co/uk) to send referrals to The Dental House, Liverpool (https://dentalhouseliverpool.co.uk). When clicked from a patient record in Dentally it opens the referral form on the Dental House website and automatically populates it with the patient details from Dentally, and your own referrer information stored under the app options.
