What it does is isolate messages from users who DO the live translating, which is common in big Hololive chats. If you're wishing to translate chat messages for indie streamers/streamers from orgs that don't have a huge international audience (who probably won't have members who do translating for the community), this will probably be useless to you. INSTEAD, you can download HyperChat, another extension by LiveTL, that has an automatic chat translator feature (it's still experimental but it works fine for me--it uses Google translate). Clicking the download button here sends you to the same website where that's available. Also, for the dev(s), maybe make it obvious that this is not an automatic translator? Leading with the sentence "Have you ever wanted live translations for HoloLive/Vtuber streams? Well, look no further than LiveTL!" is misleading. I think most people's frustrations here are coming from it not being what they expected. Otherwise, great work! Both of the extensions I use from you all are useful.

No clear instructions by the Dev on how to use it, any that are provided are in jargon, ie "If there are no translators in chat", what the heck does that mean? What do you mean translator? The extension is supposed to be the translator! I read something that messages have to be prefixed with the country code, which is pointless because no messages have such a prefix. On top of that, the only message that even appear, though untranslated, are those made by the streamer/mod/another streamer. No messages from regular chat show at all. So again, what is the point? How is this useful for anyone trying to read the chat?

I was going to change browsers anyways but I can at least mention it's working on brave as intended. PAST 7/23-24: There's some bug now on Chrome. I am unable to even comment or post any emoji's using this extension. Turning off HyperChat returns things back to normal. It happens in normal and Open LiveTL modes so it's almost completely useless right now. I've tried redownloading the extension, washing completely the browser except for my bookmarks, visited link, and the web data files and it still happens. Any ideas? I am on the latest chrome and liveTL updates. I also want to bring up that youtube has been having issues with chat during live streaming. The stream would continue normal but chat would stall then continue as normal. It's been doing this the past couple of days.

• (2022-05-27) dREV: At first I was looking for something to capture english text for streams that go by pretty quick but seeing it in action I chose to instead mainly use it to cut on CPU, GPU, and RAM consumption. High volume chat tends to create memory of over 1 gb to 2 gh over time (say 30-45min). Forcing me to either kill tab and refresh or open a new tab and paste the address to reset the memory. With this however, I had multiple streams opened at the same time without it breaking 400-500 mb each tab. This is great news for me! Seems the chat displaying people's avatar image might be the culprit. Had Hyperchat on. The downside to this is that it messes with people special superchat message and stuff. I'd prefer if that wasn't touched at all.
