I recently had a minor issue with my subscription, but Rene in Support resolved it very quickly for me - that's the kind of support you need for something as important as Keeper!

(2021-03-18) Shane: Agree with another reviewer ('Dean') -- the stay logged in feature does NOT work with Microsoft Edge. I have followed the instructions on Keeper's Doc site to no avail. Frequently have to enter my master password to enable Keeper in Edge. Not seeing this behavior with my previous password manager.
(2021-03-14) Dean: The stay logged in feature of this extension simply does not work out of the box. I have been jumping through Keepers hoops for hours to no avail. I have it working on Chrome but it was a task to get going too. The Edge extension is a bust, hours of my life gone to an app that is supposed to make my life more simple. Keeper support may yet get this going for me but the rating will stay the same in exchange for the time I spent to get there

(2021-01-21) Rainwater,: Works as advertised. The browser extension is simple to set up. It is easy to set up accounts, keep track of logins and organize them in folders you can customize. If you are having any trouble with this product or its features, I advise you reach out to their Customer Support instead of leaving negative feedback on their review site first. I have only had one settings issue, one time and they were very quick to respond and assist me with it for the solve.
(2021-01-18) Anthony: Works well, very easy to navigate and set up. 30 trial for Keeper's more advanced features. The Darkweb feature is really nice, and I love the peace of mind with not having to remember so many PASSWORDS!!! The only con is that most of the advanced features requires pricey subscriptions.
(2021-01-16) William: Cannot login through this extension. Can login with every device app (Windows 10, iPhone, etc) and through Chrome extension, but not this extension. So, 1 star just for its existence.
(2021-01-13) Josh: I have used it across multiple browsers and devices. Works great. I use for work and personal. I easily switch between accounts. I use with a 2FA and have no concern about breaches. Even added breach watch that lets me know what passwords need to be changed. Being able to edit the records allows me to add notes which help on the things I rarely login on. Sometimes I have to add a url to a record so the autofill window will pop up. Other than that it works great.
(2020-12-28) Donald: I will not be renewing my Keeper subscription. I think their methods of authentication are insecure and they don't follow settings properly. Bad design. Poor consistency and quality across apps and devices.

(2020-11-25) Darrell: This new version will log me out throughout the day even with the logout timer disabled. When it occurs the icon still has the green dot indicating it is logged it but when I click on the extension it prompts for authentication. Also it is not saving the SSO domain information, very frustrating.
