Chatwoot Kanban and Chatwoot AI replies empowered by OpenAI.
Wootflow enhances Chatwoot with:
- AI-assisted reply composition using OpenAI (configurable model)
- An embedded Kanban board to manage conversations across Open, Pending and Resolved
- Drag-and-drop status updates and inline priority control
Key features:
- AI: Compose replies from the Chatwoot editor. Uses your OpenAI API key.
- Kanban: 3-column board (ToDo/Open, In progress/Pending, Done/Resolved).
- DnD & Priority: Optimistic UI move, API update, and priority menu.
- Options page: Sign in, set OpenAI key/model, base prompt, Chatwoot API token.
Privacy:
- Uses your OpenAI key locally for AI requests.
- Chatwoot API calls use your Chatwoot API token and session.
- No analytics; no sale of data.
