- (2021-04-05) Rafael Atías: The extension is good, but you can't set the time to finish a task with it. So I have to go to asana.com to set the time of each task. Use the extension if you don't mind this. I'd reinstall it if this feature were implemented.

So much to like about Asana. 1) Deep integration with G Suite, Google's Apps: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheet, Google Chrome. All the Google goodness makes life so much easier. 2) Robust feature set. 3) Feature set is easily extended through the Asana ecosystem of about 60 native integrations, including 6 integration networks such as Zapier, each with their own network of integration partners! 4) Native templates and third-party templates available to jumpstart your projects. 5) Customizability/flexibility to the way you work. 6) Latest technology, so it's fast and nimble. 7) Beautiful interface—so important given the amount of time you spend in it. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike so far. It compares very favorably to every other PM app I've ever tried. What benefits have you realized? Many. It's versatile enough by itself, and especially through its integration partners to cover much functionality.

- (2016-04-21) Dean Bardouka: I love Asana, but as other folks have mentioned, this "app" is basically just a bookmark. I was hoping at least for the ability to get notifications – working offline would be another thing that would be awesome. I am hoping this is just a starting point, but at the moment it doesn't really add more value than a bookmark that I can see.

- (2015-12-08) Tom Hanks: Awesome Task Management. Wish it had a view for subtasks that was part of the list view as it is cumbersome to have to open each task to see the subtasks.

If it had offline functionality, would get five stars...and I'd be willing to pay for it! (NB - no neeed to install the app...it's just a shortcut! lame)

- (2014-07-24) Daniel Austria: I have brought it in at work and it seems to have spread like fire so i would say this is an easy to use yet very functional app. The fact that it is free makes you want to go large with it at which time you would pay but by then you know it is worth the money. There are some visual changes that would help teams see subtasks better and i hope to the heaven that it works well with the IPHONE 6 OS when it comes out. If not, this may be a dead duck. Love it so far!

I have been looking for SO long for the perfect app. -Lists/Projects -Ability to archive lists/projects -Notes -Subtasks -File attachments -Reminders -Calendar!! The only only ONLY downside is the inability to have offline access. I can't complain though. All the features I want and NEED are free. I would SO pay for offline access if it was possible. **I use Asana for my personal tasks so I don't have any experience having problems regarding collaboration.

- (2014-05-25) Francis McGrath: Awesome cloud app. I use it for my Business, my work and my family. Only issue I have is being out of range for work a lot. Would be great if it could work offline and sync as well.

- (2014-03-11) Detska “KahlRAN” Dudriti: First 'free' app for project\task manager, which actually doesn't throw countless "NEED-TO-PAY-FOR-THIS-FUNCTION"-popups. It both looks and feel professional, and at the same time it's easy to use. Some clumsy functions, but thats minor. I will definately be using this for a long time.
