Finance41 is a really cheap service, and for many, free. Here's the cost:
- First month the app is unlimited for free.
- Then the app limits transactions inserting to 3 transactions per day unless a 2 dollars a month subscription is payed.

So if you usually have less than 90 transactions per month, you’ll be just fine using the app for free. If you need more, the subscription is really cheap.
The only difference between having and not having a subscription is the 3 transaction inserts per day limit, nothing else. You own your financial data, you will always be able to access, edit, and analyse it from any client (web app, Android app, Chrome extension etc.) or export it.

Anonymous 2016-09-07: I am a Intuit Quicken user for many years. Quicken is fine, but the Android app is very limited in function and there is no browser interface. Finance41 is a good replacement for Quicken users for these reasons: Finance41 has a browser interface that syncs with the Android app. This allows sharing financial data with my spouse on her smart phone and her Chromebox computer. I am using Windows 10 with the Chrome browser and an Android smart phone. The cross-platform ability to monitor finances and enter transactions is a winning combination for Finance41. There is room for improvement, but users can suggest features to the developers and I hope to get a couple of features I would like to see. For now, Finance 41 accomplishes the tasks I need.

Prior to finding them and the product / service they offer, I have spent a lot of money (not budgeted) on other types of budgeting software over many, many years. Not only is the app ONLINE, Chrome ext. and app on my phone & Tablet sync seamlessly and operate exactly as I found best to match my needs for keeping an eye on my money/accounts..The F41 Customer service is even better than the product...this team by far goes above and beyond what is required/expected for customer service. They make time and personally reach out to their users when issues arise or when suggestions come in. Which appears to be a rather large global software user base…I don’t know how they continue to do what they do. I have never experienced this kind of service with any other customer service group anywhere for anything, as I have with this team. They are extremely loyal to us the users…do not be shy about any issue you may have or compliment you want to share with them. They too will surprise you if they haven’t already. Please take the time and offer suggestions for improvements. I have and low a behold the company has implemented several of my ideas that are actually large programming feats. I am so pleased with them and the product that I extended my subscription (which is very reasonable) out to the end of 2015 calendar year. Thank you F41 team!!!
