PronounDB is a browser extension that helps people know each other's pronouns easily and instantly. Whether hanging out on a Twitch chat, or on any of the supported platforms, PronounDB will make your life easier.

- (2024-06-24) Ross Levin: A very useful browser extension, when you can wrangle it into doing what you want. I spent 20 minutes going in and out of accounts trying to force it to select which account I wanted. Twitter for example lets you have multiple you are logged into at once, but for some reason it refused to acknowledge the one I wanted, even if I had logged out of it. This is, as you might imagine, extraordinarily frustrating~ My solution was to make a separate browser profile, install the extension there, log into each account 1 by 1, set the pronouns, erase all my history, cache, whatever, log into the next, and repeat until every account was done. Why I had to do this, I am not sure because I absolutely had multiple accounts setup to 1 browser before so something must've gone awry at some point. Maybe I'm just stupid, but whatever the problem was, the solution to it wasn't intuitive.

- (2024-01-03) maxiemoo_: its great and looks super nice but its really annoying seeing a bunch of people with customized pronoun badges and not being able to customize your own just cuz some people cant. also not even having the basic neopronouns (ze, fae) as an option is also pretty disappointing
