Description from store This extension displays a Windows XP styled customizable page when a new tab is opened. You can create multiple windows & icons. There can be search bars, videos, text, and more inside of each window. ✨ NEW: * Upgraded to manifest-version: 3 • Fixed security vulnerabilities • Refactored much of the codebase • The text component supports markdown • There is a windows 7 theme added The project is open source and can be found here: https://github.com/Etesam913/xp-newtab/ This extension is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Microsoft, or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates.

(2024-06-01) USER_96: Absolutely Amazing! I love this extension, and I will leave it at that. But a few suggestions would be being able to change and add Start Menu icons, and for the windows 7 theme, to only show the glowing logo and not show the light-blue glossy overlay on it. Also, support for "chrome://" urls would be greatly appreciated. But otherwise great extension!
