Mida AC SIP is an extension required to use “Mida Attendant Console Pro".
Installing the extension Mida AC SIP, the operators using “Mida Attendant Console Pro” will be able to perform all the actions expected by the software (i.e. place and receive calls, transfer them, put them on a queue).
