- It's been very helpful, but I've had varying success of the extension working properly. I'll start an email, it pops up on the side, but clicking the little beaker to actually rate the email only works half the time so then it becomes useless.

- I have used Lavender as a SaaS AE for about 6 months. I do a lot of outbound. I've eliminated time spent researching, reduced time spent writing emails, and my open and reply rates are up. The features I use most are the curated research topics and AI writing coach. Before Lavender, I used mostly automated Outreach sequences with account-based personalization. Now, I use mostly manual steps in my sequences. I get to write more 1:1 to each person, which I love. And I'm still saving a huge amount of time.

I also really like how they are always looking at what other features can be added to make my emails better! I would highly recommend using Lavender! - I liked the idea of it. I installed Lavender to try it for two weeks. However, I didn't feel like it was right for me, and decided to remove it....but it won't go away. When trying to remove it, I have been stumped. I uninstalled the extension and have not been able to remove it from my google account. Now, all of my emails still force the sent with love from lavender tagline. Emailed support twice, no word yet.

- Be careful when downloading. Even though they say it's a "free install" with a free trial period, they won't let you have the option to cancel your free trial nor remove your credit card info, meaning they're pretty much forcing you to pay for something that they advertised as "free."
