⭐ How To Use:
The extension popup has 3 buttons that control the entire functionality of the app. Each button is to get data from the webpage, clear the data to extract from scratch, and export the CSV file or save to Google Sheets respectively. To extract data, follow these steps:

1. Go to Crexi.com/properties, make sure you are LOGGED IN, and search for a location. You can filter by price and the extension will account for those ranges.
2. Open up the extension and click "Start extracting".
3. Click "Export data" when you're ready to download the data to CSV or Google Sheet.
Optional: Change the settings to set the automation to your liking
