A lightweight productivity extension for ServiceNow professionals who work with CMDB, Discovery and CI lifecycle data. It automatically detects the CI you are viewing and gives a complete 360 degree snapshot of relationships, duplicates, health and compliance in one click.

How to Use It
1. Open any CI record in ServiceNow
2. Click the liveCITracking extension icon
3. Press Load dependencies
4. Instantly view all relationships, CI health, duplicates, compliance issues, broken links, export options and a sample script

Key Features :
1. Auto CI Detection :Open any cmdb_ci record and the extension instantly identifies the table and sys_id.
2. Relationship Viewer :Shows all upstream and downstream CIs with:
~Relationship type
~Last discovered
~Install status
~Environment
Each CI opens in a new tab for quick navigation.
3. Broken Relationship Cleanup :Identifies missing parent or child references and allows safe one-click deletion.
4. CI Health Engine
Checks:
~Duplicate indicators
~Missing attributes
~Stale discovery
~Lifecycle issues
~Orphan status
5. Advanced Duplicate Detection
Uses serial number, hostname, MAC, IP and asset tag.
Shows match score, reason badges and an Open record button.
6. Compliance Check : Flags missing metadata, old discovery timestamps, status mismatches and classification issues.
7. Export Tools :Export all dependency data as JSON or Text.
8. Relationship-Type Filter : Easily filter upstream, downstream or broken relationships by type.
9. Script Generator :Generates a ready-to-run GlideRecord script for cmdb_rel_ci.

- Hi, I found this addon and tried it. Unfortunately the script copied from the add-on to retrieve data contains method "addOrCondition" that doesn't work on client side. Could you fix that code to use on client side?
