- (2023-06-13) Matt Buckley: Awesome self-hosted, open-source password manager. It feels great to get my login info off of the cloud -- and you can always VPN in when out of your local network (Tailscale makes this very simple). I've had this up for a couple months now and I don't think I've experienced a single functional hiccup from the app. I would love to see support for addresses and payment card info, as that would fully replace the built-in browser functions. But part of me wonders if another extension may be better for that, and let passky just be good at handling login info. It's open-source, so that's ultimately for the community to decide. As for now, it does what it says. Host your own data and use open-source software! 💪
