Optimize meetings, save 30% of the workweek with Lexi Calendar Cleaner. Detect goals & suggest cut-offs to unproductive meetings.
Stop wasting your time in unproductive meetings. "Lexi Calendar Cleaner" Chrome plugin helps you optimize your meetings to save up to 30% of your workweek, giving you more time to get things done and achieve your goals.
- DETECT if your meeting has a clearly stated desired outcome, so you can ensure every meeting is worth spending time
- SUGGEST substitutes to make your schedule more productive and efficient --come up with an agenda or decline it?
- REMIND you to input the objective and agenda of the meeting when you start creating it.
Whether you're planning a quick catch-up or a full-scale brainstorming session, let Lexi help you stay mindful and maximize your productivity and efficiency during meetings.
How it works:
1/ Install the Chrome extension.
2/ Go to your Google Calendar (GC) and click on an existing GC item. The extension will check if the calendar item's description contains a purpose/outcome and suggests to add them or decline the meeting.
3/ Create a new GC item. The extension will automatically remind you to insert a description, and also suggest a Purpose/Outcome statement to its description.
We don't store any data from your Google Calendar.
