The advanced admin utilities offers 2 tools to help administrators of Fusion Manage.

1 - Global Variable Manager
This utility let's an admin manage the variables important to your business logic. The utility offers the ability to view, modify, and create variables. When in the scripting editor, a global variables window is available to copy and paste variables to scripts, with correct syntax.

Global Variable Manager requires the setup of a Global Variable workspace with single line text propertieis names "Name, Value, Comments, Where-used"

2 - Copy Workspace Views
This utility reduces the time to set up new users and onboard by letting admins copy workspace views from one user to one or more users.

Copy Workspace Views requires a Client ID and Client Secret for an APS App. Apps and credentials can be provisioned here: https://aps.autodesk.com/hubs/@personal/applications/

3 - Sysem Logs Viewer
View a summary of system logs for groups and users, see a summary and export all system logs to excel.
