Features:
- choose, where will be the focus after closing a tab;
- choose default behaviour for a new tab;
- you can "pin" current tab, so it will not be used for "last selected" behaviour;
Notes:
- unfortunately, for today there is no full support for global keyboard shortcuts;
- I'm not sure, it's possible to open every new tab in background;
- still thinking about those two annoying problems; ;-)

It opens the tab on the right, but outside the current tab-group. So it's useless. Do you think you could make it work in the current group?

- (2021-09-02) neracn: I like the plugin except one case following. I set the new tab in next right and foreground. When I clicked the plus button, the new tab was created at the right side of current tab, it's OK. But the tabs list on the top was scrolled to the last tab. I don't know how to focus on the new tab.

When you open a new website with a lot of content you want that tab in the background for later reading as you continue to browse the main tab. BUT when you open a new empty tab you want it directly highlighted BC when you open an empty tab you probably wanna use it straight away. This changed with the latest Chrome update in dec 2019.

Sometime it wouldn't do anything and open new tabs on the right, sometime it would be the first on the left, and sometimes it would do the second on the left. Sometimes it would open them to the right of tab I used to open the new page from. The inconsistency became a pain. It may have not worked due to getting confused if i open tabs and then reorder their position.

When I press Ctrl+T to create a new tab, or hold Ctrl and click a link to open it in a new tab, it often opens in a completely random place. I'm giving the developer 2 stars for doing the project. I hope they can do more work on it.
