1. Install the extension by clicking the “Add to chrome” button.
2. Open an Amazon product page.
3. Open the extension and start downloading !

- It works. I paid for the Pro, but I expected more. This would be a 3 star, but I will give it 4. 4 stars: why? It cannot download all the reviews. It would also be cool to download the videos. Why it should be 3 stars? Well, as I said, I became a pro user, I needed the tool for a couple of things. So I want to stop the payment. Guess what. There is no option to do so, not even the current invoice appears in the account page. This is terrible. Maybe it should be a 2 star tool.

- At first I gave a low rating because I didn't know how to really use it and it was confusing at first but later on after knowing how it works and how to use it because alot easier to use and to be honsest it is the best app to export reviews from Amazon currently. Guys in order for it to work properly you need to follow the following steps: 1- first to make sure that you have signed in the Amazon account. 2- Make sure that you have signed in to the Amazon Reviews Exporter App. 3- once you download it the reviews then just drag and drop to the Judge me reviews soft ware in Shopify and wait for the message to pop up that shows it has been imported. 4- After few minutes the reviews will be shown in your website and that's it. one more thing, it will not download all the reviews from Amazon and that's really ok and I believe it is a good thing because in amazon has like 40,000 reviews and it will not be authentic if you were able to download all of it to your site so it will be able to download about 600 to 700 maximum which is reasonable number for you as a small business owner.

- I can only add a limited number of reviews. Even after upgrading to the pro version, I still can't add many more reviews.

- I feel scammed! I bought the Pro version for a research project and it worked well, but the next day I was logged out of the Pro feature and didn't know how to login again. I emailed them for help but after four days no response yet so I feel complete it scammed! The app works in the free version but I don't advise anyone to buy it. Now I need to figure out how to cancel my subcription too. If anyone from the support team reads this, please send me an email. I want to cancel this subscription ASAP. I'll raise a complaint with Google if I can't receive a response or confirmation of my cancellation.
