• (2025-02-08) Once subscribed, canceling the subscription is impossible - you will be trapped! While it was useful before the AI boom, Wordtune's services are no longer compatible with the current needs. I used Wordtune for a year in 2023. In 2024, I removed the extension and switched to other more modern extensions that cost a fraction of what Wordtune charges. Despite canceling my subscription (or so I thought) in 2024, I was still charged. When I tried to reach out for support, I couldn't get a response from an actual human. I'm still uncertain if I’ll be charged again for 2025 for a service I no longer use. Additionally, canceling the subscription is incredibly difficult, and it's almost impossible to get help from customer support. I felt trapped and renewed/charged without my consent, which left me feeling misguided and cheated. I was forced to stay with the service not because I liked it, but because I couldn't cancel my subscription. This is a very poor business model.
• (2025-01-29) Wordtune helped me with my work emails and it was good for grammar but now I want to cancel the subscription because I'm using other programs that are more complete. However, I can't find where to cancel my subscription anywhere. They have made it incredibly impossible. They don't show any tab for Subscription, Billing, payment method, etc and obviously no sub-tabs.

• (2024-11-08) Please help me. I am an Iranian student who used to paraphrase with Word tune. Your program was amazing in helping me convey my meanings. But recently I cannot even "enter" the program. Whenever I try to connect the extension to the website, it does not recognize my email address and gives this message:"something went wrong. Please try again." Other means such as Facebook and Gmail does not work either. It is frustrating, because I am very close to the deadline of my PhD applications, and I count on Word tune for paraphrasing my SOPs. With the deadlines approaching and your programs completely "dead", I feel, forgive my language, "screwed." Please help.

• (2024-09-06) Once I paid for an additional year, the AI version is not available. I would expect after paying close to $200 I would have the same options as I did last year. The prompt keeps sending me to the business upgrade which I do not need.

• (2024-05-20) The web application went downhill so incredibly fast it's so upsetting to see. The developers lost the plot when it came to the Chrome extension, before it would automatically show up pop up and you can click on the corrected text it would automatically rewrite it for you which made it so incredibly helpful and it's what also made it skyrocket to the top but now it's just not anymore...like it shows some useless thing to the side that doesn't help with anything that i need it to it's just useless now. whoever came up with the development needs to be fired, like straight up fired. It's obvious now they're trying to be a Grammarly clone instead of trying to be wordtune.
• (2024-05-15) It is a powerful tool to improve my writing quality quickly and efficiently. Its practical rephrasing suggestions in emails are outstanding, and its ability to adjust the tone is excellent. However, I am experiencing a problem when I click on  the Wordtune tab. I'm required to re-log into Wordtune multiple times. I must admit, I find this frustrating. In spite of the fact that I have a re-log issue, I opted for the premium version when it works, it is well worth the investment.

• (2024-04-28) Used to be a great app. Now it randomly logs off. It is a pain to log in again. You need multiple attempts to log in. And I am sure they know this basic flaw in their design. There are days when this app is unusable due to its authentication instability. Just pathetic. With Gemini and chatgpt, their utility is already quite low. And with the login problems, I doubt this will be of use to anyone. I paid money to get this app and authentication is really horrible. If you want to use this app, a suggestion, just look through all the negative reviews that talk about login issues. THey will respond with some generic "just clear cache" response. For starters, that does not work. Why dont others face this issue? Never once have I had to clear cache on grammarly or any of the others. Get your act together guys. I have cancelled my renewals. And I will move on if this problem persists next year. I am sure others will as well

• (2024-04-22) Wordtune is a great AI writing assistant. I love using wordtune. Which AI technology does Wordtune use? GPT3, GPT 3.5, or GPT4 ? One thing I would like wordtune to include in its toolkit is a Plagiarism Checker, GPT4 technology like ChatGPT, and an accurate AI Content detector.
