- I paid for the PRO membership, but I still cannot use any of the tools. The system keeps asking me to upgrade and pay again, even though I have already completed my payment. I sent emails to customer support but received no reply. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Please provide a proper customer support channel, such as Telegram, so customers can get timely help. Paying customers deserve better service and support.
