- (2019-12-07) Anneliese Clear: It is easy to use and set up, and for that I give it a couple of stars. Unfortunately, the system allows orphaned child records, does not allow the administrator to set "required" fields, and does not have a feature to force unique values. These are basic features that any reliable database should have.
- (2019-10-05) Eliran Cohen: It was working great, but suddenly stopped working :( I moved the Airtable folder from the root of the Google Drive to somewhere else in my drive, and then its stopped working. I was trying to move back and reinstall but no luck :( Airtable to Drive sync is now off, and when I try to create a new Airtable file I'm getting "Sorry, the page you were looking for was not found." Please help!
- (2019-08-10) Lundbeck Consulting: Great app!
- (2019-05-13) Joe Eames: amazing. just amazing. a natural extension to google docs
- (2019-02-26) Deanna Estrada: It's a great database. Easy to begin and use. Still working through how to organize and streamline, but overall nice interface and search features. Quite impressed with what I have seen so far.
- (2018-11-19) Humphrey Thiong'o (ReyScribe): Best in databases management
- (2018-09-10) John Johnson: Works good - But far from MS access. Is the best DB I have found so far for chrome use.
- (2018-08-06) Alice Errett: airtable is awesome. I've used it for several applications, and I love it
- (2018-03-02) Malachy Tarpey: Incredibly easy and flexible app to use. Love it!
- (2017-10-26) Alex Hope: This is one of the most flexible pieces of software I have ever used. Pure genius!
- (2017-10-10) Lane Smerglia: This platform is too difficult to understand!
- (2017-08-28) Joerg Von Loebenstein: Awesome application!!! Building online cloud-based and shared databases and views for specific purposes takes some time, especially if you want to make all users happy, but then day to day activity is super easy. The app works very solidly across different platforms and teams. The graphic interface is very clean and has pleasing, colorful aesthetics, which makes daily work with Airtable a delight. The app is fast, intuitive, friendly and easy to use. The only shortcomings are: - Lack of report flexibility and options. - Prints to PDF or paper are, as opposed to the on-screen interface, downright UGLY. - The iOS app is trailing a long distance behind the web app and the Windows app. It needs some serious catching up and doesn´t work offline, which by today's standard is unforgivable. Once the developers take care of the aforementioned cons, this app will reign supreme.
- (2017-08-25) Stephen LaRochelle: Great database app. Easy to learn and use.
- (2017-08-16) Faizi Crofts: Very cool. I'm maybe a bit of a nerd, so I'd welcome the ability to query data via SQL in some limited (safe) ways and write views that way. Also the filtering is really cool but could be more flexible but I get that they want to keep it simple. It's just an incredible product all told though.
- (2017-08-09) Dennis Bassetti: Very easy to use and appears just right for my simple application.
- (2017-08-07) Jimmy Lane: Love this product...so easy to build and prototype new processes
- (2017-08-04) hankabuldank: Really easy, powerful, flexible, very good help files, though I still have trouble understanding the linking and primary fields. I've built several bases already to share with colleagues and they find them to be way better than spreadsheets for some projects. Excellent product!
- (2017-06-28) Robert Ponta: Incredibly flexible, intuitive. Pure awesomeness.
- (2017-06-18) A K: Loved it at first, but run in some difficulties when trying to implement some more advanced filtering. Right now I'm using Google Keep + Google Docs to keep lists of equipment, settings, service call etc. The feature that I found lacking is the ability to choose filter the view by the contents of a row. The only workaround I've found so far is manually creating filters for each new product, customer and project, which isn't really a solution
- (2017-05-30) Justin Guy: I use it for inventory of cloth diapers (they kept going lost at daycare), for a moving list, to keep track of people moving in and out of storage units, as a CRM/Sales Funnel and a call log/time sheet/analytics aggregator (I do a lot of consulting...) This one program is magical.
- (2017-04-24) louise reed: seems like it will be easy for newbies to use like me, I know a little about database. I like the KISS system. Keep it simple, but smart. Thumbs Up! Louise Reed

- (2017-03-02) AJ Moolman: I've always used Spreadsheets for Data management, always wished I could figure the How to use of "Databases" (Insert Angels singing chime here), but it always seemed just to much to figure out... Until my Brother from the same Mother told me about Airtable Thanks Brother... Thanks Airtable, 25 Thumbs up
- (2017-02-28) Klaus Becker: really good app, stable, user friendly, excelent for remota colaborations. but lacks form and report functionalities, also, really slow support.
- (2017-02-27) Jim Baumgartner: I like this product a lot. I only give it four stars because I know they are going to make it even better. I don't like any of the templates, but have found it easy to make many useful spreadbases.
- (2017-02-23) Ronald “RonTheTech” Montes: Still trying to figure it out but I can tell it's powerful and flexible.
- (2016-12-12) Rodrigo II Celso: Too dependent on the internet, even the mobile apps. Slow.
- (2016-11-30) Glen Thornton: Real easy to use real easy to make pretty spreadsheets. but.... A spreadsheet that doesn't cut copy and paste? Really? useless for me. thanks tho
- (2016-10-17) Gareth Chapman: Love it!
- (2016-10-05) John Juderjahn: Great Database!!! I was even able to import my old Microsoft Works Database that I used for a "Job Record". Very easy to make your database the way YOU want it! Good Job!!!
- (2016-10-03) Rebecca Flores: Makes spreadsheets so much easier to understand and help is always available! Would like to be able to print attached photos also. Maybe referenced as (C:2,C:3,etc.)
- (2016-08-30) Monica Denise: Where have you been all my life? This is everything I have been looking for in an online database! I'm still figuring things out, but having an Excel background helps!
- (2016-07-29) Stephanie G: Amazing! Takes the thinking part out of list & spreads & does all the hard work for you. LOVE IT
- (2016-06-30) Bernie J Mitchell: OMG! As well as being a web based app it is all a slick iOS app. Mainly we use Trello and Google docs - this app 'fills in the gaps'. I am have never got my head round spreadsheets - even though I love what they do. This has opened up a whole new world of tracking and organising for me. For example in the blog editor template you can connect facebook, instagram, Google drive, dropbox and facebook etc to pull in your pictures. The way this functions is quick and easy compared with other apps I have used that do this. Both on mobile and web!
- (2016-05-30) Steph P: The application is easy to use and does everything I need it to do. The forms look nice and clean. Very good.
- (2016-05-03) Chuck Williams: This appears to be an extension on the chrome web store, but this only tells you that you can use Airtable in your Chrome Browser -- and that is OK! Go to the link above (VISIT WEBSITE) and get started. There are lots of tutorials -- use them (find it on Youtube, too). If you want this to be easy to access in Chrome Browser (or any browser) just pin the tab (right-click on the tab and tell it to pin). That will give you a permanent way to instantly use Airtable in your browser -- on any machine or device. By-the-way, Airtable is the easiest full-function data base management tooI I have ever run across. Easily five stars!
- (2016-02-20) NO SOM: Similar to Wunderlist.
- (2016-02-03) Rochelle L. Golliday: This is probably the best app I have ever downloaded. I use it everyday to track just about everything from Law School applications, scholarships to personal finances, grocery inventory and credit reports. I absolutely love it. It's definitely spreadsheets revolutionized. Would be awesome if I could somehow transfer sheets/records between bases but other than that it's a perfect ten. Keeps me on top of everything and maximizes my organization game. This app is the Type A persons best friend.
- (2016-01-25) P. WQing: It is JUST A BOOKMARK!
