I love the convenience that it works with Bless and Sonlet to quickly invoice my customers with just a few clicks of the mouse. No more typing out emails or addresses. The customer fills their info out in Sonlet and Order Forward does the rest. Super EASY and saves me so much time, plus I don't have to worry about typos on my end since it's all entered in Bless for me! Customer service is great, too! Brian has been very helpful and has answered my questions right away.

• (2019-07-17) Allison Fabela: At first I was hesitant to add this extension, wondering if it would truly be worth the time to learn and money spent. I am SO glad I listened to another consultant and downloaded the trial. Not only was it easy to learn and cut my invoicing time in half, but it also removed human error. No more misspelled emails and names! I also must add that Brian's customer service is outstanding. When I had a system issue (my error, not the extension's) I was able to reach out to him via email and he was so quick to help me; emailing back and forth all the way til 11pm until the problem was solved.
• (2019-03-14) Tami Lumpkins: I've loved this extension - made invoicing so easy! But recently I had to change credit cards - and it worked for a little while with the new credit card, but then said my order was canceled and it stopped working. I've reached out by email a few days ago, but never heard back. So I'm getting charged, but can't use the product or get support.
• (2018-12-20) Holly Kirk: I've been a loyal user of OrderForward for ages. For some reason, it won't update this month, and I keep getting the Error: "We are unable to process your order at this time, but we will do so as soon as possible. Please check again here later. If you wish, you can cancel this purchase before we process it." I've tried to cancel the purchase, but it won't. What can I do to get this sorted?
• (2018-10-22) Nickell Blair: I'm disappointed. It used to work great. And then all of the sudden it didn't. When I try to use it to register new customers with my Lularoe registration form, I get an error every time. And sometimes it's not even filled out properly.
• (2018-08-21) Michele Detwiler: I just got off the phone with Brian. He actually set up a web meeting so he could help me resolve an issue.... on his vacation. It was a simple fix caused by my credit card expiring. Brian was super helpful and took care of the issue so I can continue to use Orderforward in my business. I've become so dependent on Orderforward that it is no longer just nice to have... it's a service I depend on. Thank you Brian for creating an extension that makes it so easy to invoice my customers from Sonlet to Bless & PayPal.

I like the choice of billing methods (Bless, PayPal or Square) and the ability to customize/personalize my invoice messages. I had a lapse in my subscription due to an issue with my payment profile that temporarily cancelled my use of OrderForward and my world about ended! This extension is a NECESSITY! If you are thinking about it but not sure, please please please just try it! You will not regret it! Not to mention the AMAZING and prompt customer service!!

• (2017-06-29) Betty Christl: Seriously ladies.....this is the best $4. a month you will spend. I hate to ask customers to fill out STR info AND customer registration (customers get cranky when they have to fill out their info TWICE to buy a pair of leggings!), so I was doing the customer registration for them. This program saves me hours a day. Click the button and sit back while order forward takes care of the rest. The program will stop ad let you make adjustments too! New Bless has the issue of if you check out as a guest - there is no name connected to it in your pop-up. A mess! This takes care of all of that. I am now sorry I did not sign up 2 months ago!!

I never have to worry about sending a customer a second link to fill out! Very responsive developer with active FB group! I love this!

For old bless it does all the work for you - and for new bless it imputs your customers info - we all know that those few seconds it saves really adds up! I had a few issues in the beginning and the creator, brian, got in contact with me to help sort out the issue!

I'm using Old Bless currently, and this app streamlines invoicing so all I have to do is click a few buttons, and my customers get the links to their images on the invoice! No more manual copy/paste! Invoicing used to take forever, copy/paste the info, copy/paste my blurb at the bottom and describe the item. Now I just have it set to include the photo links. And it takes seconds to create and send a new invoice! And the developer is very responsive and helpful! I highly recommend this app for all retailers!
