Description from store Many people think of the Internet as a cloud, present without really being real. But the reality of the Internet is far from that. In order to make the World Wide Web work, thousands of electronic devices are set up around the world: servers, routers, datacenters, thousands of kilometers of cables. And all of these requires energy to work and emit carbon. Green Leaf aims to educate users about the Internet's pollution and help them reduce their CO2 emissions. We want to make people aware of this hidden pollution, and help them consume better.

However, it was pretty much useless at tracking the websites I was visiting - it would spike up randomly or stay almost static for days, regardless of my usage. It just didn't seem to be properly registering the sites I was visiting or their different levels of emissions (e.g. video streaming vs simple webpages). Nice try, but needs massive improvement.
