Makes the ratings displayed on Goodreads more meaningful
The ratings on Goodreads are problematic in that they do not represent the entire possible spectrum from 1 to 5, but are heavily clustered around the 4.0 mark. This plugin will update how ratings are displayed. Every rating is moved into a new percentile between and including 0 and 10.

- (2022-09-14) Clare Ursillo: I didn't realize how much I relied on this extension until the GoodReads redesign. Now every book I look at is rated a 4 again. :-( I hope another extension like this is built, because it was very helpful.
