Adds download controls for images, GIFs, videos, and voice messages in Telegram Web—even when a chat restricts saving.
Telegram Media Downloader adds download actions for photos, GIFs, videos, voice messages, and stories inside Telegram Web—useful when the built-in save or download option is missing or disabled (for example in some private channels or restricted chats).
HOW IT WORKS
Open Telegram Web (Web K or Web Z). When you view media in the full-screen viewer or stories, this extension exposes a download control so you can save the file to your device. For large videos, a small progress indicator may appear while the file is assembled.

• web.telegram.org (including /k/ and /a/ paths)
• webk.telegram.org
• webz.telegram.org
For the richest support (including voice messages), Telegram Web K is recommended.

The extension runs only on Telegram’s official web domains listed above. It does not collect your messages, contacts, or account data. Your use of Telegram remains subject to Telegram’s Terms of Service and applicable laws. Respect copyright and others’ privacy when saving media.
