Extra Sensory Technology 2025-08-10: Works but missing fields. Always missed Country field. So Auto Ordering does not work. I have to login each time and input the Country field. There advice to was uninstall and install the Chrome Extension. Did not fix the bug

Denis Karamu 2024-01-08: After watching a video from youtube that convinced me to drop Zendrop and use Autods and i created an account and even paid and after logging in it takes me to a page that says setup store and nothing is clickable except the log out icon link.Trashy website dont recommend or try if you want to loose money.I dont even see an option to call customer service for my refund,im gonn have to order a new card cus aint no way im paying free money monthly

jerry smith 2021-12-14: Does not work at all. I have had it for months and tried everything to get it to work. You pay for software features like these and it has not worked in the 2 months I have been testing it. Of course I opened up a ticket, yes they are fast at responding but DON'T fix your problem or it takes weeks to fix something simple. I don't know what I'm paying for anymore unfortunately all the other dropshipping software completely sucks but when AutoDS works its not that bad, however its still 1 star as this extension has NEVER worked in 2 months I have been trying it and they haven't fixed it. Trust me, I am not clueless but that's all they will treat you as, like its your fault and you just need to change a setting or two but that's not the reality, the reality is its broken. And of course you will receive no refunds for a broken software product
Mike Lignelle 2021-10-23: Tried for 3 months, it never updated my facebook products, did everything they asked, and it never worked right, i have file a chargeback with paypal to get my money back, only thing they do well is take money, thats it, going back to zeedrop. This company lacks support and customer service, and nothing get fixed!!! Avoid this company

They confirm the error was on their end. What a joke of a service. If you advertise something make sure you do it. Will change review if they fix within a timely manner.

Overall, i'm very happy with them.
