Die Chrome-Erweiterung Zoom Video entfernt schwarze Balken aus Videos auf beliebten Streaming-Plattformen wie Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, HBO Max, YouTube und vielen mehr. Zusätzlich können Sie das Seitenverhältnis jedes Videos anpassen und so Inhalte im Vollbildmodus auf Ihrem Ultrawide-Monitor genießen.
Warum benötigen Sie die Ultrawide Video-Erweiterung?
Sie ist ideal für alle, die das Seitenverhältnis ihrer Videos selbst bestimmen möchten. Die Erweiterung ist zwar primär für Ultrawide-Monitore gedacht, eignet sich aber auch hervorragend für andere Geräte. Sie können die Größe von Videos mit horizontalen oder vertikalen schwarzen Balken anpassen und das Video so im Vollbildmodus anzeigen lassen – für ein optimales Seherlebnis.
So verwenden Sie die Erweiterung:
1. Installieren Sie die Erweiterung aus dem Chrome Web Store.
2. Rufen Sie eine Website mit Videos auf.
3. Klicken Sie auf das Erweiterungssymbol in der oberen rechten Ecke Ihres Browsers.
4. Wählen Sie das gewünschte Seitenverhältnis.
Das Video wird automatisch an das gewählte Seitenverhältnis angepasst.
Diese Erweiterung ist zwar primär für Ultrawide-Bildschirme (21:9, 32:9) gedacht, aber mit jeder Auflösung und jedem Videoformat kompatibel. Besonders vorteilhaft ist sie für 16:9-Bildschirme, da sie das Erlebnis mit 4:3-Videos verbessert. Wählen Sie ein vordefiniertes Seitenverhältnis (16:9, 18:9, 21:9, 32:9). Durch erneute Auswahl wird das Seitenverhältnis des Videos auf die Originalgröße zurückgesetzt.
Diese Erweiterung ermöglicht die Unterstützung von 21:9-Monitoren im Vollbildmodus von YouTube, Netflix und anderen Videoplattformen.
Sie eignet sich hervorragend für Videos mit breitem Seitenverhältnis, die schwarze Balken oben und unten aufweisen und nicht korrekt skaliert werden.
Automatische Seitenverhältniserkennung: Diese Funktion sorgt dafür, dass Videos automatisch zugeschnitten werden. Sie läuft kontinuierlich und erkennt sogar Änderungen des Seitenverhältnisses mitten im Video.
Sie können alle Funktionen auch per Tastenkombination steuern. Diese lassen sich in den Einstellungen anpassen. Definieren Sie einzelne Tasten für verschiedene Seitenverhältnisse oder auch separate Tastenkombinationen.

- Buggy, breaks a lot of sites. Even ones that dont have videos. controls disappear after a few hours of being installed and needs to be reinstalled for it to work again. It also cant auto fill height, only width, resulting in a lot of cropping in some situations.

- works great, but it every once in a while adds an extra button onto the youtube hotbar which is just really anoying. sometimes it adds two extra, so there are three zoom buttons on my hotbar. can by temporarily fixed by refreshing page but seems to always come back
