Steve 2025-09-15: The last two months have not received any triple a money back to my account. I have used the extension and direct link through website. Very frustrating when you have 4 family members to pay for membership and the triple a dollars helps offset the cost when it works. I can see submitting a balance inquiry once in awhile but not to the extent of the past 10 or more transactions. Uploading receipts is too much for this many transactions. I have call and talked with a rep. and provided the merchant/order number/time/date and dollar amount spent and then get an e-mail stating they need receipts. Awful!!

K3lly Mart3l 2025-03-10: I've been a member for 9 years and have always received excellent customer service and exceptional roadside assistance whenever I've needed it. I just found out about this extension. Despite the list of participating clubs showing AAA Northern New England as a participating club, I get an error message after installing the extension and entering my membership number that says my AAA club is currently not participating with the AAA Discounts Extension. Kind of disappointing..:(

This is the only extension I have that is giving me an issue so it can't be an ad block or privacy extension. :(

Now I can see my last five purchases are rolling in with some cash back! I've experimented with a bunch of extensions, and I gotta say, this one's climbing the ranks on my list. The user experience has definitely taken a turn for the better. Kudos to AAA for not just fixing stuff but making it shine.
Christine Bortolini 2023-11-29: AAA does not seem to want to acknowledge, or care, that there is a problem with their browser extension to earn AAA dollars. It is constantly popping up when I make an online purchase, yet when I accept I never receive any "dollars".
Anonymous 2023-11-16: This extension does not work well. It will repeatedly pop up on a website, and when I authorize it, my purchases are never credited with AAA dollars. Not worth the frustration!

Bill Cappuccio 2023-08-28: The extension pops up all the time when I'm on the site for a participating vendor. I click it and go to the website. But I've never earned any AAA Dollars. So I'm thinking of removing it because the constant pop ups are a nuisance if the extension isn't even working.

A 2023-07-21: Installed the extension but when I enter my member number it rejects it with the message "The AAA Discounts extension is not available in your area." I guess this extension won't work for those of us in the Mid-Atlantic region (Club Alliance)?

Sarah R 2021-12-29: Download and installation was easy, but it says my member number is invalid. I ttriple-checked that I had it correct, typed it in with no spaces, then with spaces like it's displayed on my membership card. Either way, the extension won't recognize the number.

Darwin Campbell 2021-02-17: Have not had a chance to redeem any offers, but it appears that the activation issues are worked out. Copied from the AAA site, pasted, removed spaces and it activated very quickly. Now to capture the applicable savings.
