This plugin works in correlation with Aware System and should be used and installed only by Aware System Agents.
Call centers have strong requirements around security and monitoring especially in the health market where people interact with PHI/PII. Historically this activity could only be executed in dedicated call centers which had to comply with advanced security requirements. This plugin is meant to solve that problem and allow remote employees to perform this kind of call center jobs from their home under automated supervision.
