Description from store Kerika’s boards are completely flexible and scalable, so every project can be set up just the way you need. Use Kerika in any of 38 languages. *** No Limits *** With a single account you can have as many boards as you want and set up each board with its own workflow and project team, and these boards can get as large as you need. You can create a board from scratch or browse the library of templates to get started faster. You can even create your own custom templates, to capture your organization’s standard practices. *** Kerika and Google Workspace *** Kerika integrates beautifully with your Google Apps: sign in with your Google ID, and all your project files will get stored in your own Google Drive where they remain under your organization's control for maximum privacy and security. (Your IT folks will love this!) You can even create new Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets and Google Forms from inside Kerika, and have them attached to your boards automatically. *** Kerika and Office 365 *** Kerika also integrates beautifully with your Office 365: sign in with your Microsoft ID, and all your project files will get stored in your own OneDrive. You can even create new Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files from inside Kerika, have them attached to your boards automatically, and shared with your team automatically.. *** Kerika and Box *** Kerika is also great for folks who prefer Box: sign up with your Box ID and your project files are automatically stored in your own Box account. You can even create new Box Notes from inside Kerika and have them shared automatically with your team. *** Smart Highlights*** Other tools may flood you with notifications, but Kerika has a unique way of highlighting just what's changed on any card, across every board, so you can catch up on everything that happened while you were away. *** Avoid Bottlenecks *** Kerika helps you avoid bottlenecks by warning you when there are too many cards in a single column; you set the Work-in-Progress limits, of course. *** Built for Growth *** Start small and grow your business with Kerika. As your boards increase over time, Kerika's new Dashboard makes sure you never miss a beat, no matter how much is happening. See at a glance What's Assigned to Me, What's Due, What Got Done, What Needs Attention, What's New & Updated. *** Designed for Remote Teams *** From the very beginning Kerika has focused on the needs of distributed teams. (We work across 3 continents, so we know what makes remote teams successful.) Due dates, for example, are automatically adjusted to reflect your current timezone, so you will never again argue about when "today" ends. *** Built for Everyone *** We have users in government, nonprofits, large global companies and small scrappy startups. Kerika is even used worldwide by students and teachers. You can use Kerika in any of 38 languages: Türkçe, ㄍㄛ=ㄇㄠ, and English. We also accept payments in 135 currencies, not just US dollars! For customers in the United States, the price of the Professional Plan is $ 9 per user monthly, $ 90 annually. Now there's nothing stopping you from getting more done!

  • (2017-07-27) Piyush Mistry: New to Kanban style of work. Tried several tools before settling on Kerika. Good mix of simplicity and power. Some of the other tools were easy but not much power, and others were powerful but hard to use. With Kerika there is a very good balance. And company is very easy to deal with.
  • (2017-07-26) navnit kapadiya: Very nice way to do brainstorming. Like their canvas feature a lot, especially because you can attach canvases to your Scrum cards. Previously we needed a separate tool for drawing and ideation, and then we had to make sure those files were also shared. With Kerika it is much easier to share process diagrams because we can attach them to cards.
  • (2017-07-20) Divya Sakariya: Their integration with Google Drive is very good. I don’t know of any other tool that handles all the file management in the same way. When we used Trello (previously) you couldn’t really integrate that with your Google Drive. Same with Asana which we also tried before. With Kerika they handle all the file sharing automatically.
  • (2017-07-12) Mitul Gedeeya: Really like their Google Design Sprint templates. We have tried them for some design sprints and they made the job very easy, which was really appreciated by our team because we new to the Scrum model of working. They have a bunch of other templates that I haven’t explored yet. In Short, Wonderful App!!
  • (2017-07-10) Pavan rangani: Very good value for money. Very easy to use but also surprisingly powerful. We keep discovering some new capability. Originally this was just used in our IT department but now it is being used in marketing and sales also.
  • (2017-06-30) Rushita Kheni: Ideal for onshore/offshore teams. Really like the way they handle small details like the timezone differences between where people in the same team are located. We have been using Kerika with the Box cloud service. Originally we signed up for Box separately but now we are using the direct sign up for Kerika.
  • (2017-06-30) Jaydeep Kumbhani: We have had a really good experience in dealing with this company. We have made several requests for new features and they have added them in the past year. When we have email them, we get a very quick response and many times we even got a follow up phone call from their managers to make sure we were happy.
  • (2017-06-20) Shailesh Nakrani: Very simple and easy to use. Everything is laid out nicely. Our team came up to speed very quickly. What’s more important is that people continue to use the tool every day. In the past we had problems with people trying a tool but not sticking with it so we would have to try something again after a few months. But with Kerika people are happy to use it every day.

  • (2016-01-03) Ruben Ruvalcaba: Great project management. Quite simple and easy. Amazing UI
  • (2015-08-08) Great project management visual solution. Love how the task is in shape of a box and holds all requirement, files, chat log, status, dates, flow chart, etc.. very nice implementation on that end indeed. As non-profit, we get free 10 licenses which is great. Kerika is great, flexible, structured, and yet gives so much room to design your own process to match your own department needs. It is not just for agile, and we use it even on normal everyday tasks. When training staff, the following we clear so they have strong start: 1. Each project open in it’s own Kerika tab. 6 projects open means 6 Kerika-tabs open. 2. Each project has columns reflecting the different stages that a tasks has to go through to complete (you move a task from one column to the other until it reach the completed stage/column). 3. When task color or areas become orange, means something changed that require attention. Blue color surrounding a task means it is a new task.
  • (2015-06-26) Alan Bennett: I love this app as it is very simple and intuitive to use. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is no Android App or the ability to print or move data to an application that can print.
  • (2014-10-13) Nathan: We use Kerika to keep our Marketing Department organized and on schedule. I love that new features are constantly getting added and updated. The support team is also very responsive and helpful!
  • (2014-09-30) Jason McKee: I used Kerika to plan my wedding and while my wedding planner and I were familiar with kanban boards and use them regularly, it was a new experience for my wife. The mark of success for easy to use is my wife is now setting up a Kerika kanban board to keep track of household chores.
  • (2014-07-16) Justin Burns: I use this app in personal and professional settings, and find it to be a great fit for both!
  • (2014-04-09) Dan Kelley: Thanks for this great tool. I'm a new remote scrum coach. Don't think I would have been nearly as effective this far without Kerika. Awesome tool with clean design. I love the visibility it provides between myself and my remote dev team. Conducting virtual water cooler conversations around specific tasks in each sprint is easy and effective with this tool. Would love to see task chaining in future releases. A task chain would be a task which, when moved to done, or after some status flag switch, would highlight (unblock, trigger, flag) subsequent chained tasks related to it. Keep up the great work. Excited to see what comes next. ~Dan
  • (2013-11-13) Michael Lulchak: Good tutorials walk you through common tasks. I have unsophisticated computer users productive in under an hour. Access information, do updates, attach various files - drawings, databases, word documents - from any web browser. PC, Mac, Tablet, Phone .. whatever. Capture instant messages between team members as part of project documentation. I use it daily. Recommended!!
  • (2013-11-09) Pat Tressel: Pleasant and simple to use. Good tutorial introduction. Pushing changes to others with the same board open allows the board to serve as non-intrusive communication of status.
  • (2013-11-09) Charles Fraser: We cant work without it, it's that simple.
  • (2013-03-19) Enevr SEA: Fabulous App! Extremely intuitive interface. Has just what is needed and nothing more. The iOS of project management :)
  • (2013-03-13) Sreenath Kizhakkedath: Love it. Great app. Have been using it to manage my project. The UI is simple and has the right features, which makes it highly useful
  • (2013-03-12) Ephraim Arnstein: Totally amazing app. As the owner of a medium sized technology company (30 individuals) running multiple large scale projects I find this app to be a life saver. What I like about it is that I get to see the full picture of whats going on and at the same time I'm able to drill down to the details. I find that it engages my teams and helps them understand where they stand in reference to the whole project. That in turn makes them preform better because they understand the whole picture - the theory behind it all. That drives innovations!
  • (2013-03-08) Dimitris Plagiannis: Great tool and quickest developer respond to users ever! Cheers Kerika. :)
  • (2013-02-13) Harpreet Marwah: Kerika simplifies task management down to the very essentials. First ever task management tool that can actually be used professionally by teams spread across geography
  • (2013-02-08) Mayur Rachhadiya: Been looking for a tool for task management for my outsourced projects for a while. Team tried Trello (few months) and Asana (few days). Kerika has worked better for us. 5 stars for the little orange highlights you when something on your task board has changed. I really didn't like reading the Trello activity log each morning to figure out what happened overnight.
  • (2013-02-08) Clayton Osterman: We are using this app for WIKISPEED. Thanks for helping us out!
  • (2013-02-08) Rob Beresford: Great app!

  • (2013-02-08) Chetan Goti: Pretty cool tool. Nice styling. Looks like someone put a lot of effort on the design.
  • (2013-02-08) Alexander Caskey: This is an amazing tool set. I don't know how we managed without it. The ability to combine in depth information (including graphics) with task flow management is invaluable. Perfect balance between forest and trees here!
  • (2013-02-07) Ajay Dhameliya: Kerika is the best project-management app i have used. It offers all the right tools for managing teamwork, collaboration, tasks and provide flexible and nimble work environment. Also Its free version make it a powerful task-management app for personal projects and light teamwork.
  • (2013-02-07) Chirag Moradiya: Easiest yet very powerful tool for Project Management, I have used so far. No need to manage files and folders under google-drive. My all resources are managed project-wise, automatically by kerika. Its whiteboard helps us to create a flow-diagram and planning material which can be discussed with client or other team-members. It's real time update helps us to work on the same whiteboard/taskboard at the same time. Really useful app. Everyone must try once.
