Night/Dark mode for Accelo.com.

This theme offers a more dark tone to Accelo's website.
Its mainly just css replacement theme.

Dark tones based off Discord.
Primary color picker added for users custom color preference.

Version 0.04
- Added Failsafe for color-picker creation.
- Added color lighten functions to handle hovers
- CSS added for new dropdowns

Please let me know of any elements that are hard to read/not themed correctly.
